Private Banking EMEA - Strategy analysis and lead of implementations for PB EMEA initiatives. - Lead the launch and restructuring of international locations

- Developed a need based advisory process and led the piloting and implementation for the Wealth Management of the 3rd largest bank in Thailand - Defined financial profiling and risk assessment for clients including marketing material and training for the Relationship Managers - Assessed client servicing processes, identified discrepancies to international best practice and initiated e.g. a standardized client experience and a structured advisory documentation model

Business Development Russia/Eastern Europe/Israel/Greece. Responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to further build up the Private Banking division. - Strategy analysis for the management of the Private Banking - Implementation of the launch and restruction of international locations (Project Lead and coordination of e.g. legal, tax and business assessment, IT setup, licencing, 'end to end' process establishment, location setup etc.)
