(repowering in France, shift from take-or-pay to take-and-pay system in some countries in Africa, decennial liability of a foreign contractor, etc.); • Due diligence reviews related to acquisition of renewable energy projects.

Advising on large energy and infrastructure projects (renewables, oil & mining) in Europe and in Africa: • Legal researches regarding clean mobility, regulatory framework applicable to renewable energy, corporate PPA; • Due diligence reviews regarding renewable projects (onshore wind project, solar plant project, legislation due diligence in Mali); • Drafting of a memo regarding the legal framework applicable to biofuels in France, and one regarding the impact of COVID-19 pandemic on the energy sector.

Drafting of due diligence (DD) reviews, financing documentation, and memos for public and private operators in the electricity, gas and heat sectors: • DD reviews of a geothermal site project, of natural gas distribution infrastructure for vehicles, wind farms and hydraulic projects. • Litigation before administrative/high courts in energy law and contracts topics.

Advising French and international companies interested in landing or already established in Malaysia: drafting of deeds and memos in all areas of business law, legal research, contact with the Malaysian authorities.

Drafting of memoranda and legal opinions in the matters of international contracts and arbitration. Advising German and French clients on their business activities in the Middle East and in North Africa, as well as clients from these regions on their investments in Europe.

Drafting of international partnerships and contracts with other railway undertakings, providing legal advice for operational units in matter of competition law, international contracts and transport law.

Working on the company law reform (a.k.a the Macron Law) on the creation of a new master's degree in company law, responding to parliamentary questions.
