Definition of IT Strategy aligned with the Business and Risk Strategies. Main focus in Digitalisation. Responsible for the Business Architecture, Application Map and Obsolescence Plan. Incident Management and SLAs definition. Governance of the project and initiatives portfolios. Sharing of Best Practices with other Santander banks (20 countries). Forums and events (Gartner, CIO Computer, CeBIT, Spanisch Commerce Chamber, etc.). New methodologies: Design Thinking, Scrum, DevOps, Test Automation.

Responsible for all the Change Management Activities inside the projects portfolio (Impact Analysis, Testing Strategy, Implementation Strategy, Testing Coordination, Training & Communication, Implementation Support). Supervision of the Isban Global Services team from Isban. Main Projects: New Internet and New App, SEPA Payments, new Durables middleware, Trade Finance, 123 Account, Abacus, FATCA

Managing big and medium IT transformation projects with business component. Supporting all business analysis, process re-engineering and change management activities, for both Santander Consumer Bank (Mönchengladbach) and Santander Bank (Frankfurt). Building the Isban Global Services Area (in-house business consulting within Santander Group): Recruiting, training, evaluation, definition of career path for all team members.

Organisational Blue-print definition. Analysis of the organisational structures of the different branches and functions and roles definition. Definition and implementation of a new Goverment Model (definition of the scope of each Commitee, participants, frecuency, etc.). Development and implementation of the new management processes inside the company (AS-IS analisys, TO-BE definition, documentation, communication plan and update plan). Coordination of all change management activities.

Definition and implementation of new Policies and Procedures for Training & Development. Coordination and follow-up of Training & Development activities in Isban Group (USA, Portugal, UK and Germany). Definition of new Carreer Paths and a new Appraisal process and tool (Performance and MBO). Implementation project of Corporate PeopleSoft. Analysis of all HR processes and Organisation and Systems (Organisational Structure and Facilities Management).

Change Management, Process Reengineering and Human Resources projects in countries such as Spain, Austria, Greece, Turkey, Brazil, Argentina and Chile.
