Leading Project Management Systems Unit (PMS). PMS is developing project management tools and provides project controlling services to several large scale construction projects of GTZ IS in Ethiopia including UCBP, HCPE, LCH and others.

Supporting Ethiopian architects and engineers in the architectural design and elaboration of tender documents for 15 universities with a total of 2600 buildings allover the country. Collaboration within a team of 30 national and international staff members. Planning coordination of 5 construction sites. Collaboration on design and implementation of project controls for UCBP.

Employed by Institute of Sustainable Architecture and Settlement Planning, third party financed by GTZ. Projects on low-cost housing and sustainable urban design in developing countries. Public lectures in Germany and Ethiopia.
