Intern at the Innovation Management Team. • Researching different Innovation Management Solutions to be used by the Intel Innovation Teams in Germany. • Creation and management of collaboration spaces where scientists from Intel can pick out the most valuable ideas based on filtering, shaping and assessment tools. • Communicating with other Intel offices (mostly in the United States) to improve idea management processes.

• Created and scheduled roll-out strategies to test use cases. • Executed regression testing after every release on a web application that manages lease contracts (Lease Accelerator) for clients in APAC, the United States, and EMEA. • Assisted in developing training concepts for the global Netapp Capital Solutions ( Financial Services) organization. • Coordinated UAT for a global business group.

• Followed up on old tickets in collaboration with the IT Department and users to ensure incidents were successfully closed. • Imaged computers to install the operating system along with other applications to allow different type of users to do their daily activities. • Helped with some basic support issues, from changing a keyboard to helping someone with an Excel formula.
