• Market research and competitor analysis for AI in the banking sector. • Development and hands-on experience of Machine learning and deep learning algorithms. • Implementation of Time Series Analysis Algorithms(like ARIMA,FB Prophet, Markov Chain, HMM(univariate) and VAR and LSTM(multivariate)). • Developed a data crawler(Cron Job) using GoLang in Openshift. • Implementation of NLP techniques(like Solr, Tf-idf, Elastic Search). • Used Tableau for data visualization and used explainable AI.

• Implemented the Kaizen and Lean implementation model to provide businesses with tools to improve capability, increase performance and decrease variations.Spearheaded multiple Six Sigma Project of small scale to improve business performance in all dimensions.Led Six Sigma Projects for Quality Control by minimizing loses and improving service efficiency eventually resulting in increased Customer Satisfaction Quotient. Gathered & analyzed data in support of business cases, wrote test plans and scripts for tracking defects and fixes in product development. Established & enforced standard test processes &deliverables within the gated process to streamline testing &support manual testing efforts &implement new priorities for the team focusing on continuous quality improvement. Managed offshore QA resources for ensuring timely project completion, managed test plan execution, &reported the results to the management.
