I am Co-Founder and Managing Director of Kripp & Stanjek Unternehmensnachfolge GmbH. Together with my business partner, we are searching for an outstanding (family) business within the extended DACH region, whose owner is looking for a successor. We want to acquire and lead the company into its next generation and growth phase. In doing so, it is particularly important to us to involve the current owner, employees, customers, and suppliers, and to continue the existing corporate culture.

Co-Founder & CEO
I am co-founder and CEO of the start-up “Just Olives”. We support local Tuscan olive farmers, selling their freshly harvested premium olive oil to a diverse customer base in all German-speaking countries, a market which would otherwise be inaccessible to these farmers. I am accountable for all aspects of business operations, including strategy, sales and marketing activities, finance and supply chain.
I conducted and led global projects which focus on strategic vision and smart implementation within the Automotive and Aerospace industry. I developed and conducted trainings in process and factory optimization and lean management, forming a high-performance supplier optimization team. Furthermore, I guided, coached, and mentored diverse client teams across all organizational levels of my clients and implemented lean principles during supply chain interventions.
As Consultant within the Automotive team, I advised various global players on extensive projects covering a wide variety of topics supporting my clients on their way to operational excellence. These included high performance organizations, (commercial) due diligences, project management (PMO), task force support, supply chain management, production and delivery performance, introduction of lean management or quality improvements.
