Agile Product Owner, collaborate with multiple Agile Scrum teams in developing web-client and mobile applications. As a Product Owner, I work closely in defining the features of the products, deciding release date and content of the sprint, prioritizing features according to market value and the stakeholders’ needs and also accepting or rejecting work results. On this position I was part of a Content & Collateral team, which operates in the U.S.A. and India offices. As an Online Analyst I worked in creating and planning the technical and non-technical documentation of Comodo’s products. Also part of my job was to update and maintain the company’s website. I performed basic SEO activities and interacted with R&D community. Common ground of applications: Internet security software, browsers, PC Support and maintenance.

As a CRM Consultant I was involved in an internal project: the CRM installation in the employer’s company. I was responsible for day-to-day management of the CRM On Demand implementation project. Starting with preparing scenarios and proposing campaign flows, I have also been involved in some development adjustments in order to extend the application’s features. Customer: The Red Point.

On this position I was part from a national IT implementation project for the Romanian National Health Service. My role was to present the application to multiple offices in the country, perform training users and to give on-line support. I was also involved in managing the encountered problems in testing phases and following-up for a solution. The ground of the customer industry: Healthcare.
