Help business to develop a flexible and efficient supply applying different strategies: Optimization of time to market; Business Process Improvement and Re-Engineering; Traceability/ coding and RFID; S&OP; obsolete management

Management of the daily operations of the logistics department and the analysis of the end of month KPI, also develop my leadership skills while managing the daily relationship with the team of the logistic supplier. Management of a cross functional team of 8 people, coaching them to improve their own daily working processes as well as managing expectations and empowering their professional growth. Management of continually improvement projects within the department and in-between departments.

•Define develop and implement projects of continuous improvement with impact in different areas of the company: new work methodologies; development and Analysis of KPI's (Commercial, stock management and production control); IT requirements to the forecast and production; Support to the preparation of annual budget

Development of projects of Supply chain engineering mainly concerning Material and information flow re-engineering; Logistic layout and process design; Outsourcing strategy; implementation of ERP/WMS system focusing in the production, logistics and planning areas, developing functional requirements, and defining business and technical processes; training end users.

Working in a team and closely with the client in the definition of functional requirements for the implementation of the new ERP system, JD Edwards, focusing in the production and logistics.

Working in a project team supporting the senior consultants in projects of Supply chain optimization; material and information flow and Logistics layout re-engineering.
