Coordinate Corporate cost savings Programs: validate Business Cases, follow-up on progression, drive Steering Group reviews at Senior Executive level, validate savings when achieved, report to Board. Target cost savings 2010: 22m$. Project Management for Corporate-wide reengineering projects.

Develop annual Business Plan for EMEA from volumes down to Operating Income ( Revenue 1.8 B$, Operating Expenses 0.3 B$, Operating Income 0.3 B$). Target all subsidiaries / all channels (Large Account, Small & Medium Business, Retail). Analyze monthly achievements, develop and analyze short term forecast, drive corrective actions. Inform and advise the EMEA and Corporate Senior Management. Manage a team of 17 people (4 managers as direct reports)

Develop and analyze annual Business Plan for the PS&SD Division WW from volumes down to Operating Income (Revenue 2.8 B$, Operating Income 0.6 B$). Target the 5 geographies, analyze submissions, develop and analyze quarterly forecast. Analyze monthly achievement vs Plan, outlook, last year…and propose corrective actions. Provide financial support to the finance teams in each geography. Inform and advise Senior Management. Manage a team of 4 people.

‘Region’ is a group of 12 small and medium-sized countries of EMEA with Revenue of 0.5 B$. Distribute yearly plans to each country in terms of Volumes, Revenue, Headcount and Operating Expenses. Control monthly achievement vs Plan, review countries forecast, propose and follow-up corrective actions. Assist each country Finance Controller (dotted line reportees). Ensure that each countries is in line with all Corporate processes and Policies. Inform and advise the Region Country General Manager
