Catherine has built up a specialised, local provider of group outdoor sports, which focuses on the health and fitness of women who are pregnant or are already mothers. She has recently completed a Masters in Preventative Health, Sports Therapy and Health Management and is interested in new roles/projects in this field. Previous experience, primarily in Learning & Development in the automotive industry, has given her project management and great organisational skills. She is empathetic, works well in a team, enjoys new challenges and believes we can all improve our mental and physical fitness with a little invested effort.
