Define, develop and implement appropriate sourcing strategies to provide the R&D community with consumer relevant technologies, finished products and innovation for Health, Hygiene and Home - Establish and maintain a network of contacts to make RB the partner of choice - Management of the intellectual property and contractual obligations associated with technology / product development - Coordinate technical innovation relationship with key partners supporting prioritization and briefs

- Development of stain removal products for developing countries * Co-operation with category and local marketing (New product concept review, Pipeline strategy and demo development, copy review) * Review and validation of claim support * Formulation development - Technical development of Gel Monodoses for the USA and EU markets * Manufacturing scale up, including industrial validation trials * Close collaboration with quality, regulatory and supply

o Beauty products reformulation for new regulation compliance: ➢ Led all laboratories involved in this project, ➢ Carried out lab scale preparation and pilots, ➢ Worked with suppliers for perfumes reformulation. o Transfer OTC products in a new plant ➢ Coordinate actions between departments involved in the project, ➢ Carry out lab scale preparation/ pilot to improve and adapt processes, ➢ Work with the plant on products transposition, ➢ Participate as panel member for sensory tests.
