•Established contact with private and public hospitals in Hong Kong to introduce a gastroenterological device. •Presentation of the device to doctors and nurses and follow up •Registration of the device for the HK market

•In addition to all Pharmacist’s responsibilities (prescriptions, customer relations and treatment follow up), I was responsible for human resources. •Responsible for training of sales force. •Revamped employee scheduling to maximize the team’s (23 employees) efficiency and improved sales. •Managed the pharmacy single-handedly for several months during the absence of the Head Pharmacist.
