We operate as a single, worldwide office searching, assessing and introducing candidates from around the world to our clients, no matter where they are. My functions: - Responsible for complex search processes worldwide in several sectors (identification of target companies, direct search, HH 2.0, cold calling, conducting interviews, contact with clients). - Using a variety of techniques to identify and attract the best passive talent.

- Responsible for search processes (identification of target companies, direct search, HH 2.0, cold calling) - Project Manager for the Recruitment & Data base tool Talent Clue - Conducting of personal interviews with candidates - Preparation of Headhunting reports based on evaluation tools and personal interview - Activation of Recruitment sources (Job posts in Business Schools, LinkedIn, …) - Presentation of the candidates to the client

- Support throughout the process of conducting a work climate survey - Internal communication activities - Recruitment and search of candidates - Coordination of events (conventions, training courses, team building activities) - Responsible of doing the onboarding plan for new employees - Daily contact with managers and employees (front office)

- Daily contact with top managers and general manager regarding the expatriation - Recruitment of expatriate employees - Mobilization of the expat and his family to Peru - Coordination with lawyers to acquire their work permits - Continuous and personal contact with the expats in order to advise them, to detect needs and to solve incidences - Coordinate the signing of their contracts and renewals - Provide needed documentation in the audit process of expatriate employees
