I was working in the night-shift team working with a team to produce bakery goods for the cafes. Apart from production, I was also responsible for maintenance of hygiene in the backery.

I was working in the night shift team and sometimes responsible for selling bakery products during my 2 years apprenticehip as a baker. Apart from working, I was required to attend school to study other baking techniques (both practical and theoretical) and some basic German administrative topics.

Right after I have passed my exams I began working as a baker at Effenberger Vollkornbackerei. Apart from production of bread and some pastries, I was also involved to sell our products, inventory checks, manage orders and cleanliness of the bakery.

I worked at Westminster City Council in London as an environmental health officer in the health and safety team. After 2 years, I took the opportunity to work half in H&S and half in the food safety team. Eventually there was more demands on inpsections, prosecutions and project works, so I became a full-on food inspector. In the last 3 years of my 9 years with Westminster, I also took the role as a superuser to help with the database and as IT helper for both teams.
