Mainly focusing on contract solutions, I use sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client companies. I am building relationships with new clients, developing a good understanding of clients needs, their specific industry, their expertise and their corporate culture and environment. I am networking and sourcing to attract high skilled candidates with good language skills. Matching clients’ needs and candidates’ expectations is what we do.

Was responsible for assisting the French online marketing team in the daily tasks: link building, social media (facebook, twitter), daily financial reports, article and content writing, eMail marketing, assisted launching of a new marketing project

Set up an innovation process: identified the activator of innovation, created a data base to save ideas, developed a tool to evaluate ideas. Standardized the implementation of innovation within a controlled innovation process.
