My duties include financial record-keeping (keeping track of expenditure and income over the course of the academic year), budgeting (drawing up the annual budget and ensuring it is followed, as well as budgeting for individual events), sourcing funds, staying in close correspondence with the relevant authorities (The Student Guild) through direct communication as well as the completion of various forms, and finally, staying in good communication with all other committee members.

During this placement I worked 40 hour weeks. My responsibilities/tasks included scanning and saving documents in the company's online data system (BMD), organizing files, optimising storage of client documentation in the company's physical archives, entering data in excel sheets as well as identifying and handling miscellaneous office tasks.
