Implement IT security controls based on the headquarters guideline. Implement ISMS, Protection Level Assessment, Risk Assessment, security audit, security policies and IT-security controls. Develop tools and metrics to provide IT Security KPIs. Manage IT projects focused on infrastructure.

Project Management and IT Support Team Management, responsible for project tracking, project planning, resource allocation, employee performance analysis, strategic meetings, schedules and costumers follow-up. Manage network support team to 90 clients such as Banks, Retail, Pharmacy and Services.

Head of IT infrastructure operational team, responsible for the IT services, Datacenter, local and international support (New York and London). Head of Application and Services team, responsible for mission critical projects, financial services such as SPB and Swift support, EMC VMAX, DMX and Clariion storages, servers, load balance engines, e-mail, anti-spam and security filters, RSA authentication, virtualization with VMware, new technologies research and disaster recovery plan.

Head of IT Infrastructure team, responsible for four teams, Datacenter, Telecommunications (Data, Voice and Images), Security and New Technologies.
