• Monitor compliance with the SSHE Plan and Company SSHE procedures • Monitor the compliance & ensure to achieve set SSHE Key Performance Indicators • Prepare Monthly SHE Reports • Establish a working relationship with Client SSHE group and enlist their services and facilities when required • Establish a working relationship with Heads of Departments and where appropriate consult with them on aspects of SSHE • Conduct internal HSE Audits and prepare detailed reports of site performance

• Assist with accident / incident investigations and compilation of complete reports in a timely manner; • Conduct effective HSE inductions to all levels of employees and subcontractors as required; • Observe work groups for unsafe acts; • Intervene and advise workers if found committing unsafe acts; • Advise workgroup Supervisors of identified unsafe acts; • Observe condition of equipment, report deficiencies to relevant Supervisor
