To assist Professor in developing a working paper on 'Managerial Challenges in running a Diagnostic Imaging Lab'. The study includes: understanding all the technologies used specific application and need of each technology utilization rate of each technology time taken during each examination procedure identifying areas of improvement to increase efficiency of equipment and staff cost incurred in purchasing, commissioning and running each technology radiation hazards and its prevention.

Was responsible for preparing all departments of the hospital for final assessment of NABH by: -preparing gap-closure -drafting policies/procedures -collection & analysis of various clinical and managerial data -maintaining and monitoring quality indicators -implementing quality standards laid down by NABH -training and development of staff Was also responsible for looking after certain aspects of administration and operations as well as for maintaining quality standards laid down by the NABH, QCI.
