I am now part of the Lifecycle services Team and support thousands of workers in Amazon's fulfillment, sort and delivery centers in Germany. Creating contracts, Terminations, Reference letters, Work Permit updation, Mass terminations and conversions on temporary employees, Time and attendance, document management and Job data changes are some of the services that fall of under the scope of this role.

Working with GuideRes and Caspar for Lufthansa's Support Center. Rebooking, cancellations, Miles and More customers etc.

This role involved being KPIT’s Brand Ambassador at BMW. Apart from technical translations of RFQ’s and User Manuals my role involved promoting KPIT’s engineering services to BMW, open new business avenues for KPIT within BMW. I learnt how to use Trados and develop and translation database for future translations.

As an analyst I had to perform system reviews to analyse hotel forecasts based on recent past trends and last year hotel data. The role also involved liaising with project managers and CRM’s and I was solely responsible for labour planning of the service delivery team. I learnt how to interpret excel data, create various reports and charts and to co-ordinate efficiently at different levels and across different teams within the organisation.

This role involved creating reports with internal tools for service delivery teams. I co-ordinated rollouts of installations to support the Project Management team. I also was solely responsible for resource or manpower calculation for the Director of Service Delivery.

This was a basic support role that involved monitoring the data collection activity for IDeaS installed at various hotels all over the world, providing e-mail support to clients and co-ordinating escalations when were found necessary.

Provide voice and e-mail support for Backup Exec in German language to German, Austrian and Swiss customer and support in English on forums. I learnt how to successfully install and support Backup Exec in several Windows Operating system environments that involved but were not limited to Microsoft Exchange Servers, SQL Servers, Domain Controllers, SAN and other storage databases, Virtual machines Oracle and other agents.
