Glass panel Assembly (fixed and moving), Frame assembly (Plastic/Metal Frame, Guide rail), Ambient light, Rollo assembly, Seals for water management, Packaging Motors, E-Box and wiring for the electrical connections.

(Visited BFH, Germany for the project training in 2013 and 2014) Been responsible of handling Cooling and Climitization systems and Air Guide design and development and detailing in Powertrain Area. Piping, Sheet metal and plastic components design, conceptual design for various systems. Customer interaction to review engineering feasibility, manufacturing feasibility, packaging study & designing parts in Catia V5.

Been responsible of handling Design of 3D seating components as per customer requirements, generation of 2D manufacturing drawings with appropriate GD&T terminology. Plastic components design for interiors of Trucks.
