As a lead developer of the Plant Genie platform, I collaborated with the Department of Plant Physiology and Vlaams Institute door Biotechnologie. I integrated population-wide re-sequencing, GWAS data, and RNA-sequencing gene expression networks, creating new analysis and visualization tools. I also used HCI design principles and visualization techniques to enhance user experience.

Lead developer at PlantGenIE platform which is an interoperable web resource for searching, visualizing and analyzing genomics and transcriptomics data for different plant species. Currently, it includes several web resources such as popgenie.org, congenie.org, atgenie.org and eucgenie.org.

GMI is a leading data, insights and consulting company. GMI facilitates survey services, such as data processing, hosting, programming, and translation for worldwide customers. I was working as a software developer and mainly involve with Adobe Flex and ActionScript development team.
