Epicor is an ERP system which helps the big organization to run their internal processes in proper ways. It gives direct access to reports to managers from their gadgets. It also has provision to update the reports by getting user inputs from interactive adaptive forms with chat applications such as Microsoft Team, WeChat, and Skype. I have worked as a Software Architect in this project and helped to build it from scratch. Built an Azure bot to support ‘Epicor ’ ERP system by using the Azure Bot service.

I worked there as a C# SharePoint Developer and my responsibilities were to maintain the code quality, developing new feature requests, and providing resolutions for customer reported issues. Automated manual deployment processes with CI/CD to speed up the release process by over 2X. Covered 70% code with unit testing. The migration of VB to C# improved the Bulk job execution of Log running jobs and reduced the customer defects by 60%.

I have worked as a Solution Architect in this project and created a Scalable Design pattern to made development part easy for other teammates. Developed Sales Channel Management ‘Expandly’ to handle products on popular e-commerce websites using C#, Web API, JavaScript, AngularJS, AWS S3, SQL Server, and T-SQL. Improved lead generation by 3X through integrating Etsy API into ‘Expandly’ e-commerce management portal for the European consumer base.

Introduced functionality to customize their dashboard as per the requirements of the users and an import process to bulk insert thousands for records data from Excel to a SQL Database. Reduced the overhead of manual data entry and improved data management process by 4X. Used multiple charts to illustrate the date for better understanding of data at manager level.

Built a system to persist and perform cloud-based searches on listing data utilizing AWS (DynamoDB, S3, Cloud Search, Elastic MapReduce) and HQL (Hive Query Language). Improved the user experience by creating a user-friendly interface and bug-free software. The social networking integration helped to add more users to the site by eliminating the traditional registration process which increased the customer signups by 20%.

Contributed in payment, accounts, production and quality modules in ‘Nuron ERP’ using C#, VB, P-SQL, and Oracle, to maintain data of enterprise-level companies. Report Toolkit helped the organization to generate the reports 5X faster than before without any help of a technical person.
