Calculating net asset values, including analysis of financial statements. Checking/approving daily NAV estimates, employing performance decomposition, checking for validity of underlying performance drivers. FX hedging of USD exposure in non-USD shareclasses. Shadow bookkeeping to match fund administrators. Monthly/quarterly liquidity planning of fund structures (ie organizing bridging credit, fee payments, redemption payments). Monthly adjustment of TAA for tailor made products.

Maintaining capacity within teams and ensuring departmental outputs (worldwide distribution of marketing materials and performance data) are achieved. Managing interdepartmental team relationships. Third party supplier relationship management. Managing budget (USD 3.1m) and budgeting process. Scoping and implementing enhancements for systems used by team. Training team leaders for succession planning and effective back up. Managing of both team leader and team member objectives

Maintain capacity within team and ensure prompt execution of all distribution/query resolution. Produce regular/ad-hoc reporting for presentations/management (ie budget info, team productivity numbers). Third party supplier relationship management to ensure costs remain within budget. Create performance objectives, provide support to ensure achievement of objectives. Create workflow/process solutions to improve overall functioning of team. Ensure proper coverage during team member absences/leave.

Distributing daily, weekly, monthly performance data to external parties (eg databases, hardcopy publications, websites, other third party distributors) and internal clients/departments. Sanity checking performance, cross checking performance figures with relevant departments. Following up checking/correction of prices in various media. Providing distribution figures to manager for team productivity analysis. Registering new products with relevant databases.
