In span of 6 months, I had developed a robust test bench that measures the colour of toast and compare them with EN standards. Irrespective of environmental conditions like temperature, humidity, ambient lighting the results should be evaluated. Designing and construction of test bench, integrating machine vision concepts with image processing for analysing the data dynamically.

In the span of 6 months as intern, I developed a test bench which measures the wear of carbon brush in AC and DC motors. The test bench design is made using 3d designing software Autodesk inventor 2016 and the sensors are integrated into test bench for the measurement of real time data using LABVIEW (Real time, FPGA, Control and simulation modules) CRIO. The noise in the real time measurement data from sensors are eliminated using filters in MATLAB.

As an intern, i got the opportunity to observe and understand the Automation of instruments using various concepts of instrumentation
