 Developing SQL/PLSQL Source and Oracle forms and reports for HR (IT) and PAYROLL projects.  Architected the database and developed backend code/ objects in Oracle for various applications like “Tax Comparison System”, “Shuttle Management System”, “Hospitalization System”, “Safety Audit System”, “EXPAT Payment System”.  Query optimization of SQL/PLSQL for existing/new applications.  Complete Payroll processing, including integrated attendance system all statutory data build, analysis and correction.

 End to end data migration using self-developed oracle scripts to perform ETL operations for more than 80 clients across various county of US.  Coordinating Develop, Test, Release using JIRA.  Process Improvement  Achieve consistency of 0% to 5% data issues in data migration.  Conducted SCRUM meetings, maintaining JIRA projects, and supporting a timely software release.
