*Global optimization of Supply Chain Management in Optics, Consumer Electronics, Automotive Lighting, Engine Parts and Jewellery industries. *Financial and Organizational Restructuring: established joint ventures with 2 largest Chinese state-owned optics factories in 1998 and sit on the board, modernized their management and production systems. Transformed an acquired tank engine factory into an auto engine parts supplier for Ford etc. in 2005.
