Prepare and review Investment CF reflecting the foreign exchange hedge strategy Disposition of a portfolio of lands in Germany Acquisition of Luxury condo at the heart of Tokyo Establish SPC, issue and manage securitized short term bonds Manage deal sourcing channel with respect to cross border commercial real estate investment opportunities Review technical, financial, tax and legal due diligence reports, review and negotiate SPA and Loan documents Prepare for the internal IC approval

Responsible for the overall management of European commercial real estate portfolios (c. EUR 450 million) Coordinate the entire acquisition process from fund management, including but not limited to the review of financing documents, SPA and due diligence reports, structuring of local SPVs, prepare asset management agreement, distribution plan and flow of fund at Closing and clearing KYC procedure Responsible for the cash management in local levels including dividend execution

Create detailed financial underwriting models for acquisitions and development of investment deals Identify a project’s demand drivers, gather market information through direct contact with brokers, appraisers and developers Communicate conclusions into a comprehensive narrative to be presented for investment committee approval. Attend business trips in Europe for Korean client services, Analyze global property markets and support in the preparation of client presentations

Carried out contract review, profit estimation, manpower schedule build-up for projects at development stage. Managed the overall bidding process from pre-qualification stage to the final bidding Reviewed the contractor’s progress payment invoices and advised the Client for approval Monitored and checked the status of key material & equipment delivery schedule and progress Reviewed and reported the contractor’s change orders and advised the contractor
