1.Develop concept & details of automotive motors, Design to meet customer’s product requirements & specifications, which are related to window lift motor development and application in the door system. 2.Manage product engineering changes and localizations for achieving projects’ objectives in technique, quality, and delivery by coordinating with motor supplier, such as Bosch, Siemens, Mitsuba etc, and coordinate technique development validation.

1.Manage product engineering changes and to localize for achieving projects’ objectives in quality, delivery and cost. 2.Regular the standardization of window lift motor, organize the team in normative and uniform rules for application team. 3.Manage and implement the design to cost in view of localization and technique improvements, such as mechanical structure and industrialization

1.Reverse R&D, benchmark, manufacture motors, such as ABS&EPS, Window lift motor, seating motor, PMDC motor for Automated Manual Transmission. 2.Create and establish the motor specifications for BYD for internal use 3.Be responsible for the whole course of the motor project, from kick-off to SOP, include the design, process, supplier development, to meet internal customers.
