Build up the sales structures Finding the providers (design, architecture, decoration, ....) Spa & golf section

In charge of the department (leisure and golf) that represent 75% of the revenue of the turnover, team include 3 sales manager, 1 Junior Golf Manager and 2 sales coordinators. In contact with all the TTOO and TTAA, handling personally the negotiation and contracting with the top twenty accounts (represent 65% of the revenue), weekly and monthly reports to DOSM (strategy, marketing, budget, BOB and PACE), build up relations with the VIP guests.

In charge of the MICE Team reporting to the DOS based in Tenerife and to the DOSM based in Madrid, MICE team composed in Tenerife of 2 groups coordinators and in Madrid of 2 sales executive and as well in charge of several markets: UK, Benelux, France and French Switzerland. Sales calls and presence in the main fairs (EIBTM, IMEX…)

Part of the pre-opening team, in charge of Benelux, France and French Switzerland markets, reporting to the Madrid and Tenerife Office. Development of these markets which were 4th market in term of revenue and guests in the hotel after one year. Sales Calls and presence in the main fairs (ILTM, WTM, MCTM, Top Resa…)

Manage the showroom, make the orders, contact with the clients,... Brands as Clio Blue, Kenzo, Noah, Jean Daniel Brami,...

In charge of TTOO and TTAA of the several markets : France, Benelux, UK
