Design and implement AI/ML-based anomaly detection for waveform and measurement data in semiconductor validation test benches. Developed automated Python pipelines to retrieve measurement data from internal databases, identify data types, perform baseline comparisons, route data to appropriate detection modules, compute anomaly scores, and trigger notifications. Contributing to a scalable, modular workflow for continuous anomaly detection across multiple measurement domains.
