• Worked with Dr. Tobias Swai (lead consultant) to provide consultancy service to Hotel Amaranth in Dar es Salaam (Mbezi-Luis) • Contributed to a market study analysing the business location, reviewing various aspects of the hospitality industry in Tanzania, and assessing the drivers of the provision of hospitality facilities in the project’s location. • data collection on the availability of hospitality facilities

• Worked with Dr. Tsubura Machiko (Institute of Developing Economies, Japan) on a research project • Collected relevant data from schools. • Organised expert interviews and a focused group discussion with students at the University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania • Provided translations and transcriptions (Kiswahili – English) • Sought research clearance from the Tanzania Commission
