Board Member. took on line responsibility for international joint ventures, FCC licensing, corporate strategy, and business development of this VC-funded wireless packet data network system provider. Also served as Chairman & President of a PCS services joint venture with Cincinnati Microwave. Held experimental licenses in Cincinnati and San Francisco and filed the first Pioneers’ Preference application before the FCC.

Responsible for Europe, Mexico and US strategies in this joint venture with BCE. Led two successful cellular bids in Mexico, established new trunked mobile SMR wireless ventures in Germany, set up the Easyphone PCS service, established service provider/reseller companies in several companies and started an international billing company.
