My mission was to revamp the employees Recognition Program. Strategy marketing: benchmark of few recognition program. Creation of survey to collect feedbacks regarding the current program | Creation multichannel communication | CRM: Explaining the new Program. I contacted regional "Bienvenue Champions" answering questions and guiding them in the transition | Organization Corporate Events: SWAP YOUR JOB between "corporate" and "operational" employees. A way for both parties to share their needs.

Knowledge of product creation + cross-functional organization: Competition Benchmark | Sales analysis | Maintenance of products information on systems | Cross-functional communication: creation monthly newsletters for our markets + presentations within our BU | Project Management: Implementation of « Training Thursday » to promote Training and reinforce employee cohesion! Planned with Exos coaches the type of training, designed the outfits + promotion on campus of the event.

My job was to re-launch the hotel restaurant. Market analysis + benchmark of similar restaurants in Strasbourg to create a coherent concept | Creation of the shop corner: choice of products to be sold and their prices | In charge of the relationship with our suppliers | Preparation of presentations, workshops about our new concept | Participation in multichannel promotion of the new restaurant, including content for the new application | Organization of events for the hotel: Afterworks, Brunches…

On my free time I am an occasional hostess for prestigious events in Paris: Roland Garros, Salon Maison & Objet, etc.

I was alone in charge of the restaurant (minus the cooking) 4 nights per week while studying for my Bachelor. I had to take bookings, lay and clear the tables, bring the meals/drinks, clean the place and take care of payments. It was really rewarding because I was sometimes confronted to stressful situations and I realized I was able to take initiatives, make clear decisions on my own.

During three months I conducted sales analyses | enhanced the brand image on social networks | work on advertising campaigns | organized data and invoices | worked with distributors, businesses that were interested by our products (mostly B2B) | Organized fairs to promote our products: Taste of London, F&B Fair

This job in London allowed me to improve my English and be more autonomous.

I assisted the team with their paperwork and needs during one month

For one month I helped with the high school administration and worked on communications for students/parents to promote the events to come.

Luxury Management in the second year Special Mention: LVMH INSIDE Challenge. Winner of the University stage, our team participated in the international finale and pitched in front of Senior Executives of the LVMH Group + Help launching the brand THOM OLSON (Fossil) on the French market.
