JAM secured a UK and EU exclusive project of work with Amazon Logistics to supply into their Fulfillment Centres and AMZL sites during their expansion programme. Supplying from Shift Manager through to General Managers we successfully placed over 150 candidates in 9 months with a number of key strategic hires. We coordinated the recruitment process completing technical and competency based interviews providing pro/cons and STAR examples providing detailed reporting documents for panel interviews.
