Assisted Front Office Manager in ensuring team members are following and maintaining hotel standards, representing Hotel Manager and other Senior Managers in their absence, taking full responsibility for the hotel when performing Night Manager Duty, sending monthly DTCM (Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing) report and cross-check any discrepancy on daily basis, and creating weekly schedules for associates and take full responsibility of the operations on the absence of the Front Office Manager.

Supervised front desk operations during assigned shifts to a consistently high standard, ensured shift team had current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing, and special promotional offers, as well as daily VIP and special events, assisted other departments in servicing the guests during high volume periods and ensure safety by following guest check-in and security procedures and reporting suspicious activity to security, manager, or Manager on Duty.

Provided courteous and efficient service to all guests to achieve and exceed guest expectations, ensured guests were personally greeted by name if known, and escorted to their room to make them feel expected and welcomed, maintained the privacy of all Guests by ensuring that no details of the Guests are disclosed.

Greeted guests in a professional manner and provided ideas about the menus while maintaining a proper dining experience, delivering items, and fulfilling customer needs, organized the layout of the dining area to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, promoting customer loyalty, and ensured that customers are satisfied with the service they received, received guest payments and process transactions and informed daily specials for customers.
