I lead the visual appeal of the DocFox software. Continued learning around how to lead the design and experience. Along with solidifying design systems and rapid prototyping template for consistency. We also hired our second junior product designer to nurture and grow. One of thing the customers always mentioned was how simple and friendly DocFox was to use. It brought us joy to make KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance less intimidating for smaller financial institutions.

Refining the skill around designing products and what it means. I was given more responsibility to start conducting and documenting the user research and customer discovery. Our engineering team was growing and we need more consistency in the code base, I started introducing style guides to help make the feature building process easier, faster and more consistent. Along with understanding the business needs, we took the DocFox product from 1 core feature to a market-ready solution in the KYC FinTech space.

Along with a great team, we cultivated the MVP of DocFox, while building a professional, recognizable brand identity. I immersed myself in learning more about UX & UI design, along with learning more about Web Design, HTML, CSS and how to use GitHub through many online courses. Within the second month, I began to implement and refining the HTML & CSS of the new features and have been coding ever since.
