Direct an operations team of customer service, inventory and transportation associates that execute the order management process within the southeast region of the U.S. Analyze and provide strategic direction for customer logistic opportunities in the areas of AOP distribution costs, on time delivery, fill rates, order lead time, bracket pricing, DPS, CPU, material specifications, accessorials and order management efficiencies.

Managed the deduction management process of up to $40MM for the retail and foodservice lines of business. Functioned as the primary resource for resolving critical deduction issues within the sales organization, corporate controller’s team and other supply chain divisions. Initiated and coordinated technical business process enhancements to the IT support team. Implemented and administered Sarbanes-Oxley procedural controls.

Identified technical and procedural training assessment needs and designed customer service order management training material for class room instruction. Initiated the testing of new J.D. Edwards (JDE) technical enhancements while also serving as the primary resource for problem solving JDE technical issues for the customer service, transportation and warehouse organizations.
