Worked with the Association of Danube River Municipalities, the largest NGO in Bulgaria, to develop and implement cross-border cooperation programs between Bulgaria and neighboring countries Romania and Serbia. Managed grant programs funded by Phare under European Union guidelines to assist pre-accession applicant countries in Central and Eastern Europe in their preparations for joining the European Union.  Oversaw several European Union integration programs that promoted good governance and best practices

Participated in the growth of a $10 million commercial insurance portfolio. Created risk assessment profiles for new clients to help lower severity and frequency of potential losses.  Designed progressive new marketing materials in order to penetrate new and existing markets.  Increased profitable new business by 35%.  Recognized as a Top Ten new business underwriter in the division.

Managed data tables and risk assessment models for the casualty department.  Helped develop a new matrix for workers compensation insurance rates, helping to assess future losses for prospective clients.  Collaborated on the integration of actuarial data into a user-friendly, computer interface used by field agents, facilitating their ability to price insurance coverage appropriately.
