• Worked for Body Closures Durability – Analytical Attributes- FTSI India • FEA Analysis for Body and Closures Durability • Component Handled Closures : Side Doors, Hood, Liftgate, Decklid and Fender Body Panel : Roof, Quarter Panels & Side outer (A-Pillar) • Analysis Types - Linear Static, Non-Linear Contact (Material & Geometry Non-linearity), Dynamic Loading (Closures slam) and Fatigue • Tools Used - Hypermesh, ANSA, Abaqus, LS Dyna, FE-Fatigue

•Body closure subsystems like Decklid, Hood, Liftgate and Doors were modeled using Hypermesh and appropriate connections were given. • Loadcases performed:Stiffness evaluation (Lateral , Torsional, Sitting, Leaning, Checkload, Pulldown) – Static CAE analysis Types: Linear Static, Non-Linear Contact (Material & Geometry Non-linearity), Normal Mode analysis and Gravity Loadings • Tools Used: Hypermesh, Abaqus, LS Dyna, Nastran
