Took on side projects to improve my product design skills: In charge of the end to end for website redesign on desktop and mobile. Improved the user journey through a better navigation system, featured products and filters. Surveys sent to targeted demographics, gathering insights on their pain points and made design decisions based on these results. Created wireframes for desktop and mobile layout. Monitored heat maps and watched users interact with the site to improve the overall journey and experience.

Led the build of internal tools that reduced our team and other teams’ tedious tasks while improving efficiency. Built a component library for the team that contained a brand guide, code and logic that the team regularly used. Mentoring a team of Junior Designers and working on their progression. Worked closely with stakeholders and advised them on the best approaches. Dealt with multiple teams on a day to day basis while making sure they were all aligned with new developments.

Building HTML newsletters for daily sends across multiple brands and verticals. Creating various mailers that include personalized content or imagery, banners that display live data through APIs, mailers that work off the data of users and A/B testing. Designing new templates and building new modules. Training new team members & keeping the team up to date with the latest processes.
