Moved into broader product ownership across TalentSure, a B2B platform supporting international recruitment workflows across candidates, sourcing partners, employers, operations and program teams. My role now spans roadmap and sprint prioritisation, end-to-end ownership of product areas, applied AI workflows, analytics, platform integrations and initiatives aimed at moving the product from early adoption toward scale.

My first months were focused on helping create awareness around the product before launch. I then moved progressively into Product Management, supporting the Head of Product across user flows, feature definition, requirements, launches and eventually ownership of individual product areas.

Promoted from Growth Marketing Intern to take end-to-end ownership of social media strategy and execution across the agency's client portfolio, while also managing three client accounts directly. The role combined channel strategy, campaign execution, performance analysis and client management across businesses in education, credentialing, enterprise software, sports equipment, apparel, data products, and food & beverages.

Managed the branch across sales, operations, product assortment and dealer relationships in the plywood, laminates, doors, adhesives and architectural hardware market. The business operated through a fragmented network of dealers, contractors, influencers, brands and walk-in customers, so much of the role involved understanding demand at the ground level and translating it into commercial and inventory decisions.
