Internship in the Foreign Aid department (Auslandshilfe): support of the managers and employees in the ordinary office activities.

Private tutor by learning of the Italian language with Austrian children, students and adults through the use of the following methods: games, exercises, reading and conversation.

Front office, back office (reservation management, hotel’s availability management on OTAs, communication of the accommodated people to the government), bar management, coordination of the restaurant personnel and of the cleaning ladies, event management within the hotel. Being 80% of the guests German-speakers (Germans, Austrians and Swiss), I could implement my German language skills on a professional level.

The academic path is divided in two phases: the first one characterized by the acquisition and the reinforcement of the skills in the field of theoretical linguistics, of the Italian language (written and oral), of the chosen foreign languages and their cultures.
