•　Proposed the solution for recent polyimide synthesis process by paper review and time-resolved analysis. •　Applied Optimize Design Evaluation calculation to optimize the cleaning conformation formula for semiconductor process, which saves more than 50 % of experimental time and cost.

•　Researched on ‘Surface Treatment on Polyimide by an Atmospheric Pressure Plasma Jet for Electroless Copper Plating’ and tried to apply to industry process for saving cost and up to 80% of process time. •　Optimized the jet design and the operation conditions to improve the adhesion of the coated film with the goal toward the increase in the process compatibility for high speed and large area coating processes.

•　Understood an international DRAM industry generally worked and fundamental knowledge for both PIE and ME photo team work. •　Observed how management decision and characteristic affect the office atmosphere, also joined in lots of meeting to realize how team-work done in an efficient way, such as tri-pod meeting.

•　Supported BASF Kid’s Lab, as a social response activity, to facilitate communication between company and students. •　Cooperated with 20 members from different backgrounds to intrigue children’s interest in science and learn foundation knowledge for their future.
