Chinmay Kale

I am currently part of the team focused on modernising the production facilities at Sanofi’s Frankfurt Insulin Campus. My work focuses on the critical stages of biologics manufacturing, ensuring our facilities meet the stringent standards of the FDA and EMA. From feasibility analysis to final start-up, I am involved in the full lifecycle of investment projects. My job involves bridging the engineering design (e.g. for cleanrooms) and the rigorous regulatory requirements of the healthcare market.

As a part globally active engineering group, I am responsible for investment projects of Clariant. Project management in various phases of engineering project such as feasibility study, basic and detailed engineering, commissioning, start-up is my main responsibility. Additionally, I am also involved in research and innovation projects of Clariant. My involvement includes preparation of project proposals, planning of test facilities, part of experimental work, analysis and presentation of the results.
