Chinmay Kale

As a part of Sanofi-Aventis' Engineering Department in Insulin Campus Frankfurt, I am involved in upgrade of insulin production plants. The main focus is to upgrade the upstream steps of insulin production as per latest regulations by FDA and EMA for the biologics. As part of the daily work, I am involved in different steps of an investment project such as feasibility analysis, basic and detail engineering, construction, mechanical completion, qualification and start-up.

As a part globally active engineering group, I am responsible for investment projects of Clariant. Project management in various phases of engineering project such as feasibility study, basic and detailed engineering, commissioning, start-up is my main responsibility. Additionally, I am also involved in research and innovation projects of Clariant. My involvement includes preparation of project proposals, planning of test facilities, part of experimental work, analysis and presentation of the results.

As a project manager for a column internal manufacturer for chemical / petrochemical / petroleum industry: - Basic engineering + cost estimation + preparation of techno-commercial offers - Detailed engineering + design and dimensioning + engineering drawings + resource management - Commissioning and start-up
