Managing the Avaya Aura Suite Applications including the third party adjuncts like Verint, CTI, Call Media, Genesys, Aspect. Administration and design of the call flows, VDN, vectors, One X Agent softphone, AAES, Media Gateways.
Worked as an On-Site Voice engineer for customer Bhutan Telecom (Thimpu) . Managing the Avaya Aura applications, Media Gateways, Handling the site as primary engineer, participate in BCP planning and managing activities. Administration and managemnet of call vector, VDNs, Route Table, AAR, ARS etc.
