Ensures performance of the delivered supplies in accordance with FIDIC contractual conditions (red book); Participation at weekly meetings in order to organize the interfaces with other parties involved in this project; Supervise work packages for design, installation and commissioning activities; Progress and budget reports; Periodical analysis of the eventual risks and opportunity issues; Responsible for execution of open line and traction substation installations.

Coordination of the local technical office team; Technical support of the ongoing local projects and ensure the final work acceptance; Technical support and tender preparations, in accordance with internal procedures; Clarification of the contractual and technical issues with possible future clients; Risk and opportunity analysis of the new local tender projects.

Coordinate the established bid team. Detailed estimation work will take place under the leadership of the Tender Manager; Tender preparation will be carried out in accordance with internal procedures and a price cost shall be agreed, in Arriba or Microsoft Excel; Responsibility of ensuring the tender documents are finalized and submitted to the client; Clarification of the contractual and technical issues with possible future clients Risk and opportunity analysis.

Assistance in the issuing of work packages for design, installation and commissioning of electrical systems; Preparation and submission of documentation according to project standards and distribution to all related parties; Ensures performance of the delivered supplies in accordance with FIDIC contractual conditions (red book); Responsible to organize the local activities of the Sub-Contractors and the interface management to them. Periodical analysis of the eventual risks and opportunity issues;

Elaborate schedule list in order to accomplish the work tasks; Assurance / achievement the responsibilities books for proposals; Issue and evaluate offer tasks in order to sub-contract the works; Elaborate the accomplishment schedules and cost estimates for different activities; Planning and update the control chart for activities and costs in Primavera database; Follow up the activities from quantity, quality and HSE (human security & environment) point of view;

Prepare technical documentation such as design calculations, system analyses to support the decision in dispositions, non-conformance and other site documentation; Update the design documents based on installation and commissioning marked up documentation; Prepare requests and reserve materials in the wherehouses; cost estimates; Approve Manufacturers Documentation; Implement into electrical database all necessary cables, equipments and connections.

Issue and approve the engineering and test procedures; Check of detail design to ensure compliance with conceptual design and design guides and, if necessary, generate of engineering changes; To ensure that the installation and test related to cabling and wiring system are performed in accordance with accepted design and performance requirements, approval drawings, instructions procedures and Quality Assurance Program; Identify and approve design changes reflected in work packages
