Agile Coaching/Project Management for a big IT product development team between Germany, India and Ukraine. • Work closely with Business stakeholders, Product Owners and Engineering team to understand requirements. • Identify, analyse, and respond to project risks and ensure timely delivery by controlling the budget. • Facilitating Agile ceremonies (daily standup, backlog and technical grooming, sprint reviews, retrospectives, etc. ) between cross-functional and remote teams.

Responsibilities and achievements: • Worked with a big Agile development team between the UK and India and delivered many mobile API products successfully using SAFe principles. • Worked closely with engineers and product managers to define project requirements. • Managed project delivery quality across a region, providing oversight of engagements • Started with a small API team (less than 5) which scaled to more than 60 people in less than 2 years.
