Lead Buyer for the material group "Production Equipment" on 4 sites worldwide: definition of a sourcing strategy, selection of suppliers, contract negotiation, supplier performance monitoring, proactive risk management Project Buyer for the Industrialization of a new Product line: proposal of a sourcing strategy matching the project’s risk management plan, coordination with the other respective lead buyers for the selection of suppliers in each material group, contract negotiation and production ramp up

• Source new parts with existing suppliers or enrol new business partners • Manage quotation requests, benchmarking, supplier selection and contracting according to the company strategy • Negotiate the prices, volumes, conditions and write the contract

• Lead and project-manage cross-functional teams to design, verify and enable validation of the components • Implement capable supply chains • Create and maintain project plan, communicate on potential risks of delays or budget deviations • Drive stakeholders synergy, manage quality of team communication and customer reporting

• Strategic and Operational Buyer (6 months, Germany) - management of existing suppliers and strategic sourcing of new partners • Planning Controller (6 months, Germany) - plan demand and track shipments for on-time delivery; key point of contact for the suppliers • Manufacturing Improvement Leader (6 months, UK) - lead a 1,5 million pounds re-layout project on a production line

• Control the stock level of logistic material (goodies, packaging, shipping) and place new orders • Support the incoming and outgoing good activities • Co-design a new warehouse layout to optimise the space and increase logistic efficiency

• Manage the daily procurement of a portfolio of more than 100 fresh and dry food references, including 2 in the Top 10 best sales of the company • Optimise stock level and safety stock taking into account demand forecast trends and the products’ shelf life and price • Engage suppliers for transparency and maximal responsiveness with regular supply reviews
